ABOUT THE JOB

TRATON is building a global finance organization that partners with the Group Industrial Functions to drive business value and shape the future. Effective immediately we are looking for a curious and driven analyst to join our diverse TRATON R&D, P&L and Procurement Controlling team. Work in a globally operating corporate group with direct influence on decision-making processes, along with opportunities for personal and professional development

JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Manage, analyze and steer the entire project funding demands (product portfolio) for R&D and Capex to ensure compliance with the group-wide targets
/ Steer the TRATON groups strategic long-, mid- and short-term planning cycles for R&D and Capex
/ Prepare decision-making documents and performance reports, including quantitative and qualitative assessments for cross-functional committees and the TRATON Executive Board
/ Support in the development and implementation of harmonized controlling processes and standards for R&D and Capex planning, steering and reporting
/ Act as trusted & competent partner for the cross-functional and cross-brand controlling and product management team

Your Skills

/ University degree in economics, business or comparable qualification

/ Ability to combine a big picture perspective with attention to details

/ Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of complex financial data and provision of insightful recommendations

/ Service mindset, solution orientation and learning attitude are equally important as some practical experience

/ Comfortable to work independently while interacting with senior leaders

/ Strong social & English communication skills to foster cross-functional and international collaboration
