What you´ll do

  • As a key member of our team, you will provide expert technical support and application expertise for the Henkel’s Printed Electronics conductive inks portfolio, working closely with our customers to optimize material performance and exceed their expectations
  • By troubleshooting and solving product and process-related issues through hands-on testing and customer collaboration, you will ensure that our solutions are effective and impactful
  • You will lead our Innovation-Hub-based lab technician, providing guidance and support growth and development
  • Through conducting technical visits, audits, and demonstrations, you will ensure thorough reporting and regular updates of technical documentation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability
  • By supporting product recommendations, customized applications, and new product introductions, you will enhance customer processes and drive innovation
  • You will develop and deliver product application training for internal teams and customers, contributing to technical communications initiatives such as webinars, conference talks, and white papers, sharing your expertise and inspiring others
  • By working cross-functionally and across divisions with sales, marketing, product development, and technology management, you will drive strategic growth initiatives and foster collaboration
  • Building and driving internal and external technology partnerships will be key to advancing application knowledge and material processing data and insights, leading technical studies to accelerate the adoption of new printed electronic applications and supporting new product launches 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical, electronics, or OEM environment with a strong focus on electronic materials
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with hands-on laboratory experience
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive solutions proactively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
