What you can expect

  • In this position, you will coordinate and take ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result.
  • You will work closely with the Sales, Product Teams, and all other internal stakeholders to translate a tender strategy into a tactical project plan.
  • In addition, you will support the Account Owner in the analysis of customers' needs and all tender related processes outside the Tender Management area of responsibility (gatekeeper function).
  • You will ensure that Tender reporting tool and dashboard are maintained correctly.
  • Last but not least, you will drive continuous improvement through a strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the Tender Management process.


What you bring

  • Your basis is minimum a bachelor's degree or Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent Tender Management experience.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Naturally, you think highly analytical and can creatively translate complexity into clear instructions understood by all organizational levels.
  • Furthermore you have a strong understanding and practical know-how of coordinating various independent stakeholders under a tight deadline.
