For our European team we are looking to immediately fill the position as

Manager Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)

Location: Greater Frankfurt area, Germany / hybrid

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and manage continuous improvement projects across various European regions
  • Research and conduct analysis on market and competition developments and develop financial models and forecasts
  • Drive engagement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing and facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication through presentation of analysis results and strategic recommendations as well as overseeing financial calculations for project approvals in collaboration with Finance
  • Identify high-performing projects and individuals and coordinate award alignment with executives

Your skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related field (Master’s degree in Economics or MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement projects and program management, process optimization and/or related roles, consulting or industry experience a plus
  • Ability to track and control project success using Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement management systems
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Sound knowledge of controlling & financial analysis and strong skill in Power Point and Excel
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, an additional European language is a plus
