IT Working Student (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to gain work experience alongside their studies. Our IT team hopes to find someone who can support them for 15–20 hours a week in our office in Bonn.

How you will create an impact:

  • You will help our new employees quickly get started by allocating and installing IT equipment.
  • You will act as a point of contact to support new employees’ introduction to our systems (hardware, software, mobile services), provide help with onboarding and be available to answer questions.
  • You will keep track of our IT hardware and maintain it in our asset management system.
  • You will assist in managing our ticket system.
  • You will be happy to help with any queries about office applications, installing printers, fixing problems with mobile phones, laptops, and more.
  • You will provide dedicated support with technical aspects at internal events.
  • You will conduct tests for IT equipment and software/update (including documentation).
  • You will create IT documentation.
  • You will program in Python and/or PowerShell.

About you:

  • You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in computer science, business information systems, (industrial) engineering, or another course of studies with a focus on IT.
  • You can demonstrate a passion for IT and a good command of Microsoft and Apple products.
  • You have an interest in hardware, including laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices.
  • You ideally have some experience with asset management or ticket systems.
  • You are fluent in business English (written and spoken); further languages are a plus.
