About the department

As Global Project Manager Marketing ＆ Sales m/f/d you will be the right hand of the Executive Director with the focus on representing Commercial Operations in the development of the overall strategy in conjunction with the counterparts. In this role, you report directly to the Executive Director Marketing and Sales.

Job description

  • Being an exchange partner to Executive Director and providing analysis, recommendations and alternatives to the Executive Director regarding high impact decisions in collaboration with key internal functions
  • Supporting the Executive Director in guiding and executing agreed initiatives both on strategic and operational level
  • Continuous development of measures and initiatives
  • Organizing and being the central point of contact for the senior management meetings
  • Content preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings as well as preparation of target group-specific presentations

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business degree, preferably MBA
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and/or cultural change management
  • Strong entrepreneurial, target group-oriented and analytical thinking and acting
  • Excellent IT skills (especially PowerPoint as well as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • High motivation, self-initiative and communication skills as well as flexibility, reliability, discretion, assertiveness and team spirit
  • International experience and high willingness to travel
  • Business Fluent in English, written and spoken
