As part of the financial controlling team, you will play a key role driving and improving our financial reporting, planning and analysis. Here, you will not just work with numbers, but also take ownership of our systems and tooling. Your role

  • Creation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and our parent company
  • Together with the team, you work on monthly reporting, budget planning and forecasting to support flaconi's business objectives
  • You take complete ownership of managing and enhancing our financial tools used for month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and budget planning
  • Providing in-house consulting to optimize existing processes and ensure the targeted use of existing financial reporting and planning tools, as well as other controlling/FP&A tools
  • Additionally, you continuously improve our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementation
  • Handling ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reporting

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in controlling / FP&A, ideally in a highly dynamic environment. Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus
  • Good experience in financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik etc.)
  • Ideally, you have experience in data warehouse/SQL/BI/Tableau/ERP systems
  • Strong financial modelling skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
  • You are an independent, motivated, and supportive team player 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

What we offer you

  • Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 52,500€ and 63,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and between 63,000€ and 77,400€ for a senior role. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
