Your Tasks

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, both online and in-person, including conferences, trade shows, internal events, and Photo Shootings, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to design event experiences that enhance the company’s brand and engage the target audience.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, preparing presentations, budget management, and timeline adherence, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that events meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders to optimize future events.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning and managing corporate events, with experience in both online and in-person events.
  • Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent), project management tools, and budgeting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20 percent)
  • A driver's license is essential for this role to facilitate travel between various job sites and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a hands-on mentality who is proactive and enjoys tackling tasks directly.
