In our pedagogical concept, we follow both the Hessian education plan and the international IB curriculum. On our family-friendly and modern campus in Dreieich (near Frankfurt), we offer around 400 children and young people access to German-English language acquisition, starting in nursery, according to the immersion method. From the **school year 2026/2027** on, for our **Primary School in Dreieich (near Frankfurt)** is looking for a #### Teacher (all genders) #### (in part-time or full-time) **Our Benefits** * Additional Benefits (e.g. monthly ticket for public transport, comprehensive company pension schemes, relocation support, Cor-porate Benefits Portal) * Five days of additional paid sick leave in the case of an ill child, and reduced rates for school or nursery fees * Supported continuous professional development and development opportunities * In class support through Teaching Assistants * Trusting relationship between teachers, teaching assistants and students as well as a cooperative parent community **Your Responsibilities** * Plan, deliver, and reflect on learning experiences based on the school’s curriculum and the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), ensuring alignment with Hessen curriculum requirements, including documentation, assessment, and reporting * Design engaging, inquiry-based lessons that foster curiosity, deep conceptual understanding, and international-mindedness within a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment * Apply differentiated teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of all learners * Undertake playground and cover duties * Assess, monitor, and document student progress in line with school policy, the PYP approach to assessment, and Hessen regulation * Work collaboratively within a teaching team, including close partnership with a co-teacher and the PYP Coordinator, contributing to planning, unit development, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning * Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear and regular communication regarding student progress and well-being * Contribute actively to the wider school community through participation in meetings, professional development, parent-teacher conferences, school events, and student activities such as excursions and trips **Your Profile** * Certified training as a primary teacher, with a degree in education, primary education and or equivalent, that leads to a teacher qualification * German at B2-level or higher as well as working proficiency in English * Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with teaching and lesson planning experience * While prior IB experience is advantageous, willingness to learn and work within the IB framework is essential * Interested in working in an international environment * Passionate and motivated to engage with our pedagogical concept Interested in re-shaping education?
