In our pedagogical concept, we follow both the Hessian education plan and the international IB curriculum. On our family-friendly and modern campus in Dreieich (near Frankfurt), we offer around 400 children and young people access to German-English language acquisition, starting in nursery, according to the immersion method. Within the frame-work of our international and diverse campus community, our pedagogical team in the nursery, primary school and secondary school sup-ports our students in growing up to become independent, open-minded and globally thinking young people. For our bilingual schools in **Dreieich (near Frankfurt)** as well as **Frankfurt City** we are looking for a **School Counselor** **(in full-time or part-time)** **Our Benefits** * Attractive salary * Additional Benefits (e.g. monthly ticket for public transport, comprehensive company pension schemes, relocation support, Cor-porate Benefits Portal) * Five days of additional paid sick leave to care for an ill child, and reduced rates for school or kindergarten fees * Supported continuous professional development and training opportunities * Support with paperwork for residency and work permits * Trusting relationship between teachers, teaching assistants and students as well as a cooperative parent community **Your Responsibilities** * In this role, you will empower students to thrive academically, socially, and personally while working across two of our Phorms locations: Dreieich for three days per week and Frankfurt City for two days per week. * Individual counselling and support for students facing academic, personal, or social challenges * Organising and facilitating workshops and programmes for students, teachers and parents on topics including, but not limited to, teamwork, conflict resolution, self-organisation, resilience, and personal development * Prevention and intervention in cases of conflict, bullying, and crisis situations * Participating in and helping to shape field trips, class trips, and projects to strengthen the sense of community * Close cooperation with teachers, school leadership, and parents in supporting students with special needs * Collaboration with external partners and counselling centres * Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture through safeguarding initiatives, prevention work, and collabora-tion with the wider school community **Your Profile** * A completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in guidance counselling or social work with children, adolescents and parents, ideally in a school setting * Working proficiency in both English and German * High intercultural competencies as well as excellent communication skills * Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible approach to work Interested in reshaping education?
