Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting teachers during lessons and with day-to-day classroom activities * Working with individual students and small groups * Supporting students with different learning needs and helping them develop greater independence * Observing students' progress and contributing to their academic and personal development * Helping to create a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment * Communicating with teachers, parents and other members of the school community * Contributing your own ideas to projects, lessons and the further development of our educational approach ### Your profile You bring: * A recognised professional qualification in education, childcare, pedagogy or a comparable field, and/or a relevant degree * Native-level English proficiency * German language skills at B2 level or above * Ideally, professional experience in a school, educational or youth-related setting * Experience in an international or bilingual environment is an advantage * Experience within the German school system would also be welcome * A genuine interest in working with young people * A collaborative and proactive approach * The motivation to contribute creatively rather than simply work through predefined processes ### What makes Josef-Schwarz-School different?
