Ensure the delivery of functional, complete, and high-quality code while aligning development with established technical standards. Additionally, focus on the timely delivery of new features and the maintenance of existing ones, upholding high engineering excellence metrics.Management: Collaborate closely with the Product team to drive the implementation of appropriate technological advancements. Clearly communicate technical decisions to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the board. Oversee the entire feature development process, from initial concept through to successful deployment.
