This role supports the Gas Services Central Global Customer Operations business by qualifying and developing suppliers for liquid and gas supply systems globally. Responsibilities include assessing supplier capabilities, leading cross-functional teams for product and process qualification, and managing supplier quality assurance measures. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in supplier quality management, quality management, or engineering related to liquid and gas supply systems and possesses extensive knowledge in welding, coating, material cleaning & preservation, and inspection (NDT Level II & III).

Leads a team of engineering specialists in the engineering of Power Plant and Hydrogen business initiatives. Manages technical matters, risks, and opportunities, ensuring compliance with contract execution and documentation standards. Experience in power plants, equipment, and EPC is required. Strong customer focus and leadership skills are essential.

Leads the company-wide roll-out and implementation of product and solution security programs across all Siemens Energy business areas. Defines and executes strategies to increase the industrial cybersecurity maturity level of the portfolio. Ensures the successful adaptation of central governance, policies, and tools, including the Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS) portal. Collaborates with portfolio management and technical experts across business units in securing products and solutions.
