As a Director – Sales on the Topic Activation path, you will build, operationalize, and lead the day-to-day management of the GTM engine supporting the topic, including the Proposal Factory and BD desk mechanisms. You will mobilize and align Vantage resources to deliver a best-in-class operating model that enables high-speed response and high-quality support to commercial teams. You will also lead the systematic capture of project knowledge and the development of shared repositories, ensuring assets, references, and proposal materials remain current and easily accessible. You will build, lead, and deploy a team of Sales experts to provide high-impact, value-added support aligned with business and leadership priorities. You will be accountable for team performance across key dimensions, including case billability, delivery quality, commercial impact, and content creation, while also owning capability development, coaching, and career progression.
