As a Technical Services Manager, you will establish and specify primary processing parameters for product prototyping and commercial manufacturing, including scale-up and roll-out of new process technologies for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products. You will qualify new and upgraded primary processing lines and individual equipment in JTI factories for commercial production.

This role is vital for driving consumer-centric product development. You will analyze sensory and consumer data utilizing advanced statistical tools to report CAT and QDA projects. You will create product intelligence related to consumer needs beyond regular sensory, focusing product development targets towards liking direction. You will provide technical advice on sensory target setting and taste equity confirmation for product development and technical projects.
