Summary

Job Title: Membership Services Officer Contract: Temporary, possible temporary to permanent Working Model: Working from home with office attendance in Frankfurt 2-4 times per month - Must Live in Germany. Start Date: May 2024 Duration: 6 months (possible temporary to permanent) My client, a highly respected global professional trade organisation, is looking for a Membership Services Officer to support the administration and deliver an excellent service to the Association’s membership body. The role is predominantly working from home but with office attendance in Frankfurt 2-4 times per month.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities

·provide a high-level customer service to the membership, dealing with queries predominantly by email and sometimes on the telephone
·(Salesforce) data processing and data cleaning, including membership fulfilment
·communications
·general office administration relating to member services
·reports from the database
·processing and reconciliations for membership renewals and upgrades


Qualifications

  • Customer Services experience

Offer

  • Hourly rate equivalent of 42,000- 45,000 Euros
