Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:
  • Development of analogue and digital circuits taking into account EMC&EMI (CE, FCC, IC, CE, RED)
  • Verification and testing of optical and electrical applications of products
  • Participation in the creation of the hardware architecture: defining the concept and specifications
  • Supporting the lifecycle of product manufacturing including documentation
  • Research and development including laboratory work and prototyping
  • Taking responsibility on international certification (EMC, battery, product safety: UL/CSA/ETL)

Qualifications

Role requirements as an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d):
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification, with at least 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience in the area of high-speed design, power and signal integrity and EMC-compliant design
  • Familiarity in the field of microcontrollers and power supply circuits
  • Expertise in the area of serial interfaces and buses (USB, SPI, UART, I²C...)
  • Dealing with modern circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer)
  • Basic programming skills and/or mechanical 3D design skills are a plus
  • Independent way of working, high decision-making ability, problem-solving skills and teamwork
