Summary

Innovation Roundtable® is the leading network for innovation executives in large multinational firms, and we are a team of international, enthusiastic, and passionate people who love to take things into their own hands. We are looking for volunteers to help us at one of our next events hosted by Schaeffler on May 14th and 15th. As a Volunteer Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our upcoming event. You will work closely with our event management team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup of event spaces
  • Welcome and register attendees
  • Provide logistical support during the event
  • Assist with coordinating speakers, performers, and vendors
  • Help ensure the smooth flow of the event
  • Other duties as assigned by the event management team

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm to learn about event management
  • Flexibility, as this is only a two-day volunteer position
