Summary

For our Crèche in Munich Bogenhausen we are looking for motivated and qualified Early Years Educator (18 months to 3 year old children) in part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and fostering the children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum
  • Understanding the children’s learning journey through observation, assessment and documentation
  • Cooperating closely with parents based on a professional parent-teacher partnership
  • Implementing ideas and concepts by embracing your own interests and strengths
  • Collaborating with your team colleagues in a respectful and supportive manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or a comparable qualification, relevant work experience in that field would be beneficial
  • Particular interest in working in the early childhood area
  • English speakers at a mother tongue level with the willingness to achieve an advanced German language level (B1)
  • Team players with passion and motivation to engage with the kindergarten community
  • Keen to work in a bilingual and international work environment
