Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in line with company goals.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulations, and customer needs to inform product development and translate them into features.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and define technical requirements, guiding the development process.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless product integration and optimize performance. Coordinate efforts across teams and communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of energy market and regulatory changes to maximize revenue streams and ensure compliance. Focus on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience and implementing strategies with partners.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in renewable energy, with a focus on VPP, HEMS, flexibility, trading, or energy supply.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in tech, product, and business development.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in software development.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Power Plants and HEMS.
  • Expertise in developing consumer-focused energy products.
