Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process, helping them with paperwork and account setup.
  • Account Management: Assist clients in creating and managing accounts on financial platforms and resolve any issues they may face.
  • Transaction Processing: Help facilitate the purchase of various assets for clients, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and accurately.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients about their accounts and respond to any questions they have.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or finance is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
  • A positive attitude and a focus on helping clients.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
