Role Overview
As a working student, you will support the daily operations of the marketing team. You’ll get hands-on experience and insights into every aspect of marketing at the firm — from content production and PR to event planning and brand building. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the production of both visual and written content for social media.
- Manage the content calendar, collaborating with the investment team on short- and long-form pieces.
- Ensure brand consistency across channels and assist in developing marketing materials such as presentations and one-pagers.
- Assist with event planning, from liaising with organisers, securing venues and coordinating all-hands meetings.
- Oversee merchandise production and coordinate gift send-outs.
About you
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Curious and hungry to learn about marketing, venture capital, and climate tech.
- Located in Berlin and available to work on-site.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Creative with a keen eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
- Fluency in English is a must; any other European language is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva and basic video editing software is a plus.
