We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.
Our Performance Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Teamlead Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA, PPC (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time or part-time (min. 80%) and located in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- You lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- You set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team
- You are responsible for all Amazon Marketing activities (in particular Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) of existing and future customers
- You are operationally responsible for designing, planning, steering, monitoring, and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals.
- You develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business objectives
- You know how to monitor the Total ROAS and take a holistic view of the development of our customer’s Amazon accounts. SEO- and SEA measures are closely connected.
- You support other campaign managers through professional sparring, optimizing the quality of campaign management by continually improving processes, tools, reports, etc.
- You constantly develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure that we create real value for our customers
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of performance marketing and preferably have already led a small team
- You possess in-depth know-how and experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), ideally also DSP, AMG, and practical experience in Amazon SEO
- Experience in search engine marketing and other PPC channels/tools such as Criteo, Walmart, OTTO or eBay is beneficial
- You have very good Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables
- You are highly analytical with a strong technical understanding and a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches
- You are able to communicate effectively with customers and present complex contexts in a comprehensible manner
- You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
- You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in English - a second language such as German or French is beneficial
