About our Ecommerce Management Team
We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.
Our Consulting team is currently looking for a motivated (Junior) Ecommerce Consultant (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg. Hybrid working environment - 2 days required in office.
Responsibilities
- Be your clients co-pilot and take full responsibility for their projects, specializing in either Amazon Vendor Central or Amazon Seller Central, ensuring successful outcomes
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on e-commerce and Amazon-related topics, while developing and implementing growth-focused measures
- Set up cross-divisional measures (SEO, product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, analytics) to enhance project success and client satisfaction
- Support colleagues in their client projects by sharing your Amazon channel expertise and contributing to the overall success of the team
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and expertise in ecommerce, with a strong emphasis on Amazon (Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central)
- Ideally gained experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a large brand involved in marketplace selling
- Demonstrate a commitment to taking ownership of projects, showcasing a highly customer-oriented approach
- Exhibit self-initiative, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a proactive approach to challenges
- Be a self-motivated individual with a thirst for continuous learning, expanding your knowledge base daily
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
