Summary

At Niropa, we are seeking new team members to serve on the platforms of our new partners. In this role, you will use our next generation live support software powered by artificial intelligence. Candidates must speak a specific native language or have entry level English with the ability to provide instant translation via AI when required, possess a computer with reliable internet access, and be able to work remotely as experienced professionals or as trainees. Responsibilities

  • Listen and respond to the customers needs and concerns, offering professional, friendly support at all times.
  • Provide support to customers across multiple brands and gaming verticals via our WorkHub portal.

In this role you’ll guide customers through account setup, crypto and fiat deposits/withdrawals, KYC/AML compliance, promotions and technical inquiries, using our proprietary “WorkHub” CRM to access all operational systems, drive first-contact resolution and consistently exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • A deep commitment to understanding and addressing customers needs, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • The ability to remain patient, empathetic, and understanding when dealing with customer concerns and challenges.
  • Basic or intermediate level of English in writing.
  • Collaboration and coordination with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.

Optional skills you might have:

  • Online casino or sportsbook knowledge is a plus
  • Intercom, Zendesk, or LiveChat experience is a plus
