Summary
Join The Used Car Guys team in Ramstein! We’re looking for a proactive Vehicle Buying Coordinator to support our buying department and help our military customers through the vehicle purchase process.
This role is customer-facing and admin-focused — you’ll handle documentation, guide customers through required steps of selling their car to us, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll never be bored!
We serve the US Military stationed overseas so the company is English speaking.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with the sale of their vehicle to our dealership
- Administration support for the a busy Buying Team
- Customer facing customer service from the showroom
Qualifications
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Great communication skills with customers
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
