The Role

We are looking for a motivated, communicative, and well-organized HR Management Intern to join our Berlin team. You will support recruitment, employer branding, applicant management, people operations, and employee experience. You will gain direct insight into how an international team is built and developed.

What You Will Do

• Support recruitment campaigns
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Review and organize incoming applications
• Coordinate interviews
• Communicate with candidates
• Support the onboarding of interns and employees
• Contribute to employer-branding and social media content
• Help organize team events and workshops
• Take ownership of an individual HR project

What We Are Looking For

You are studying human resources, business, psychology, communications, social sciences, business law, or a related subject. You are interested in recruitment, people development, employer branding, company culture, or international business. You are friendly, dependable, organized, and enjoy working with different people. You pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and understand the importance of handling confidential information responsibly. Strong English skills and availability to work part-time on-site in Berlin are required. German is helpful but not essential. Experience with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Figma, Notion, Asana, or similar tools is useful.
