Your role

As a Teaching Assistant / Educator, you will work closely with our teaching team and play an important role in supporting students throughout their school day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers during lessons and with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with individual students and small groups
• Supporting students with different learning needs and helping them develop greater independence
• Observing students' progress and contributing to their academic and personal development
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment
• Communicating with teachers, parents and other members of the school community
• Contributing your own ideas to projects, lessons and the further development of our educational approach

Your profile

You bring:

• A recognised professional qualification in education, childcare, pedagogy or a comparable field, and/or a relevant degree
• Native-level English proficiency
• German language skills at B2 level or above
• Ideally, professional experience in a school, educational or youth-related setting
• Experience in an international or bilingual environment is an advantage
• Experience within the German school system would also be welcome
• A genuine interest in working with young people
• A collaborative and proactive approach
• The motivation to contribute creatively rather than simply work through predefined processes
