Your Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering and evaluating lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum
- Promoting independent learning and contributing to the development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts
- Using differentiated teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students
- Assessing students and preparing them thoroughly for written and oral German school-leaving examinations
Your Profil
- Ideally, Qualified Teacher Status or a qualification legally equivalent to the German Second State Examination, with a specialisation in secondary education
- Fluency in German and native-level English
- A strong interest in developing and implementing new educational concepts
- A collaborative mindset and a high level of commitment
- The ability to act as a positive role model and enthusiasm for teaching in a secondary school setting
- A clear commitment to student-centred education and the individual development of each learner
