Your role

  • Supporting children in their individual learning, development and wellbeing
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Observing, assessing and documenting each child’s learning journey
  • Creating a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment
  • Encouraging curiosity, independence, empathy and social interaction
  • Building trusting partnerships with families
  • Bringing your own interests, ideas and pedagogical strengths into the team
  • Working collaboratively in a bilingual and international early years team

What you bring

  • Qualification in early childhood education, childcare, social pedagogy or a comparable field
  • Experience in kindergarten, nursery, crèche, preschool or early years education is desirable
  • Very good English skills at native-speaker or comparable level
  • Willingness to develop German language skills to at least B1 level
  • Openness, empathy, team spirit and a reflective pedagogical mindset
  • Motivation to work in an international educational environment in Munich
