Responsibilities
We seek an enthusiastic, open-minded member for our leadership team who enjoys working with children and wants to join a high perform-ing, dedicated faculty in an international setting.

Ensuring the quality of care, upbringing and education based on the Hessen education and development plan in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and continuous further development of the concept

Overall responsibility for all educational and administrative tasks and processes
-
Organization of parents' evenings and discussions
-
Active participation in staff selection as well as disciplinary and professional personnel management and evaluation of the institu-tion's employees
-
Organization of internal training, further training and external supervision
-
Close cooperation with the elementary school to ensure a smooth transition for the children

Organising and supervising the pedagogical and administrative processes and tasks
Qualifications
-
You are an Educator, ideally state-recognized by German regulations or you hold a comparable recognised qualification
-
Relevant experience in a management position with leadership responsibility
-
You have a profound pedagogical knowledge and are experienced in the field of parental work
-
You possess an organised and structured working style, as well as excellent communication skills
-
You demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility and are open-minded
-
Excellent command of either German or English (professional level) and good proficiency in the other language
