We are looking for an English-speaking Reception Class Teacher for our pre-school class at Josef-Schwarz-School in Erlenbach, starting in the 2026/2027 school year. This role is ideal for native-level English speakers who are passionate about early childhood education.

For our Primary School in Erlenbach, we are looking for an English-speaking Reception Class Teacher to teach our pre-school / Reception Class.

Your responsibilities

  • Teach and support children in our Reception Class / pre-school
  • Work closely with a German-speaking class teacher in a team-teaching setting
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on our curriculum
  • Create a positive and caring learning environment
  • Communicate closely with parents and contribute to school development

Your profile

  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Social Pedagogy or a comparable degree/qualification
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children of pre-school / kindergarten age
  • Native-level English skills are essential
  • Passion for child-centred and individualized learning
  • Interest in living and working in Germany
