Develops suspension components and systems, collaborating with suppliers and internal departments. Manages components throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-definition and design to testing, homologation, and warranty support. Contributes to design guidelines and tools.

Develop and analyze high-fidelity quantum gate mechanisms for trapped-ion processors. Contribute to theoretical modeling, translate them into optimized hardware-aware schemes, and collaborate with the experimental team.

Simulate and optimize ion trap systems using COMSOL Multiphysics. Model electrostatic, RF, magnetic, and microwave fields, as well as ion dynamics. Collaborate with quantum engineers to translate designs into validated simulation models.

The position can be based in Hamburg or Siegen.                                         

Drive sales and manage customer relationships in the construction, mobility, and industry sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and align customer priorities. Promote Berner as a premium brand and provide expert consultation.
