At least 5 years of practical experience in software development with Python. At least 3 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework (e. g. LangChain, Pytorch). Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development.

Several years of professional experience with AI systems and a practical understanding of modern AI architectures, ideally in the automotive industry or related industries. Practical expertise in agent-based AI and implementation of LLM-based AI agents or multi-agent systems in specialized processes.
