Senior Specialist Global Functional Process Owner for Order-to-Cash (O2C) Finance. Develops and maintains global O2C standards, oversees activities, identifies process improvement opportunities, and manages a third-party service provider. Collaborates with related functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet business needs. Requires a university degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience in financial process management, and proficiency in SAP R/3 and S/4.

The Specialist will ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards, manage the disclosure tool, and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Conducts and supervises small-plot field trials from sowing to harvest. Identifies trial sites, prepares fields, plants, and carries out plant protection measures. Monitors pest and disease infestation, collects phenotypic data, and ensures accurate documentation. Analyzes seed quality, evaluates trial data, and presents results.

This 18-month trainee program provides comprehensive insight into finance and controlling at BASF. You will work on projects, gain experience in various areas, and receive mentoring. The program includes three six-month assignments and a potential international experience.
