the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Rostock, Germany

Provides technical expertise during the installation and finishing phase of wind turbine projects. Supports quality management, pre-erection checks, and documentation processes. Resolves quality deviations to ensure smooth handover and operation.

Develops and oversees structural concepts and general planning for offshore platforms, ensuring safety and stability compliance. Manages basic design phases and supports detailed engineering, coordinating with construction and installation teams. Conducts technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Assists in preparing technical specifications for tenders and contracts. Provides technical support for modifications to offshore assets and ensures proper integration of new components and systems. Leads the development of general arrangements and safety plans for offshore installations. Drives the general planning process, ensuring seamless integration of structural, safety, and operational requirements.

Provides technical expertise and solutions to support sales. Analyzes customer specifications, recommends product configurations, and guides implementation planning. Develops technical presentations and collaborates with internal teams.

Drive sales and manage customer relationships in the construction, mobility, and industry sectors. Manage and grow customer platforms, focusing on high-potential customers and application-based selling. Promote Berner as a premium brand and handle objections, delivery, and quality claims. Analyze sales area KPIs and report to superiors.

Team Lead Assembly to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and team leaders.
