Oversees planning, coordination, and execution of software development projects and release initiatives. Ensures alignment between program goals, product roadmaps, and business strategies. Manages interdependencies, resource allocations, and priorities across projects and regions. Guides and supports Program and Release Managers in resolving cross-functional challenges.
