Senior Customer Satisfaction Management Specialist leads Customer Excellence as SQ focus area, ensuring effective survey execution, detractor management, and improvement initiatives across Gas Services.

Responsible for planning and managing offshore lifting operations within project planning and execution phases. Develops safe systems of work, including lift plans and AutoCAD files. Manages offshore project lifting activities, including transport, pre-assembly, loadout, and installation.

Leads the end-to-end internal coordination of component supply across a global network, ensuring delivery reliability and business margin protection. Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies, manages a team of supply chain professionals, and drives cross-functional process optimization.
