
The Digital Merchandising Manager, EMEA owns the end-to-end execution, availability, and performance of digital merchandising for the region. Responsibilities include managing category architecture, navigation, and storytelling, ensuring guest clarity, technical credibility, availability, and commercial impact. The role also involves analyzing merchandising performance, optimizing on-site search, and managing inventory flow and availability. The Manager collaborates with Planning, DC Operations, and Transportation to align buy, inbound flow, and site presentation with commercial moments. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in digital merchandising/ecommerce trading with direct exposure to inventory flow and availability management.
