Serves as the organization's expert on risk assessment for complex mobility and cross-border working scenarios. Acts as the primary point of contact for business units seeking support on mobility cost allocation, cross-border work, and related financial impacts. Contributes to the design of the future mobility cost allocation team, including roles, responsibilities, and organizational placement.
