The Facilities Coordinator III provides administrative and operational support to the Facilities Department across multiple sites. Responsibilities include managing office functions, coordinating work orders, and assisting with project implementation. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with facilities or maintenance activities coordination.

Maintain and evolve leaf grades and blends to meet regulatory, market, and quality requirements. Develop and optimize tobacco materials and blends, ensuring alignment with blend concepts, quality and cost targets, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations. Manage multiple Leaf & Blends projects, delivering timely progress updates and meeting defined goals and deadlines.

Lead global tobacco ASP (Annual Strategic Planning) and ensure accurate reflection of inputs in planning systems. Manage long-term MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process, from tobacco blend assignment to raw tobacco gross demand. Analyze MRP results and translate them into actionable insights for various teams. Support testing activities and contribute to the evolution of planning systems and processes.

Collects mapping data using client-provided vehicles equipped with data collection equipment. Operates vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to project guidelines. Maintains vehicle and equipment cleanliness and reports incidents professionally. Requires 5+ years of driving experience, 2+ years professional driving experience, and good English.

This three-year training program provides comprehensive expertise in tobacco and product development. Participants will gain experience in sensory evaluation, product development projects, and technical aspects of the tobacco industry.
