Leads Engineering Team, including German and Czech Republic engineering managers and EU Laboratory managers. Develops and refines engineering and design processes, ensuring adherence to standards and laws. Promotes teamwork, evaluates employee skills, and mentors potential leaders. Develops global product roadmap, participates in research, and guides engineering through RFQ and TDR processes. Manages European Engineering and Laboratory budget and executes cost reduction initiatives. Requires a Technical University degree and extensive experience in Engineering management and/or Project Management, preferably in Terminal & Connectors business. Knowledge of operations/manufacturing, metals and plastics, and quality and Engineering processes is necessary. Fluent English required.
