
Leads complex change management workstreams and initiatives for global companies. Provides expertise to guide clients through organizational transformations. Contributes to practice growth through methodology development and knowledge sharing. Supports business development by utilizing change management knowledge in sales pursuits. Leads integrated project teams to deliver change management components. Applies expertise to help clients develop strategies for change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption. Minimum qualifications include relevant consulting experience leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global companies. Previous consulting experience is required, preferably with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring competitors. Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (C-suite experience ideal). Successful track record driving new business through articulating value propositions, proposal development, and sales pursuits. Expertise across domains including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing. Expertise in other consultancy competencies such as supply chain, Finance and Accounting, customer experience, cost reduction, digital transformation, etc.
